National Child Abuse Prevention month
April is National Child Abuse Prevention month and in observance, we are kicking off our 52 Weeks campaign. Each week, Dr. Michael Popkin (Doc Pop), Founder and Author of Active Parenting programs, will share a concept from his popular book, Doc Pop’s 52 Weeks of Active Parenting. The video clips will be posted on our Instagram and Facebook pages. We are excited to offer this content to parent educators and parents. Parenting education reduces the risk of child abuse and neglect by encouraging positive parenting practices that promote communication and well-being.

Leaders: Please help us get the word out to parents to: Join Doc Pop for 52 Weeks of Active Parenting! It’s a great way to reinforce AP concepts and skills learned in your courses. And introduce the program to new parents, who should then sign up for a full Active Parenting course.
Doc Pop’s 52 Weeks of Active Parenting can be purchased in bulk and makes a great gift for parents in your class.
“Master these 52 concepts and you will indeed be well on your way to becoming an ‘all-pro parent.’”
