Susan Boyan and Ann Marie Termini are co-founders of Cooperative Parenting Institute (C.P.I.). Their mission is to promote the healing and enhancement of family relationships and to focus their work on educating others regarding the effects of divorce and time-sharing arrangements on the development of children. C.P.I. provides the most promising solutions for separating families through confidential psychotherapy, divorce mediation, divorce coaching, collaborative divorce, reunification therapy, coparenting counseling, and parenting coordination. They have also written The Coparent Communication Handbook for parents and a manual for professionals working as parenting coordinators. Susan Boyan, M.Ed., is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She has worked with children and families since 1971 and has been in private practice since 1984. Mrs. Boyan is a clinical member in the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. The Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, and The American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. She consults extensively and makes numerous professional presentations to national, state, and international audiences. Mrs. Boyan does expert witness testimony and has written articles on parental alienation. She was a former special education teacher and rehabilitation counselor. Her current focus is on high-conflict Christian coparents, and she is writing a devotional to assist this unique population. She has two grown children,four grandchildren and resides in Atlanta, Georgia.

Ann Marie Termini, Ed.S., M.S., is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has worked with children and families since 1979. Respected in her field, she has conducted numerous seminars on the international, national, state, and local levels. She has experience developing programs that meet the specific needs of professionals working with children and their families. Mrs. Termini also published material in professional journals focusing on the therapeutic needs of children. She was a former officer for the San Antonio Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and coordinator for special education services. She has been awarded Clinical Membership in the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. Among her many professional activities, Mrs. Termini was a consultant for a family court in Pennsylvania. She resides in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania, with her husband.
